Databases
SQL (Structured Query Language)
Microsoft SQL Server and Pervasive PSQL (previously Btrieve) support fast, flexible, powerful databases with many users and large transaction volumes.

- MAS 200 versions 3.71 through 3.74 support Microsoft SQL Server as a database engine. Other versions of MAS 90 and MAS 200 use a simple file-based system for data storage.
- SalesLogix also supports Oracle as a database engine.
Microsoft Access
Microsoft Access, part of the Microsoft Office suite, supports simple databases, data entry screens and reports. Microsoft Access can also interface with Microsoft SQL Server databases.
